District baseball and soccer have started. Jeff was at Kearney today and shot baseball, Dan was at Smithville shooting soccer. All three of us will be busy for the next few days. It’s hard to believe that the Spring regular season is over with. Good luck to all of the players!

Monday, I’m shooting a timelapse
Tuesday – 4-9, Liberty North Tennis at Bennett Park in Liberty
Thursday and Friday, Jeff, Dan and I will do one of our favorite things all year – the celebration of youth by the Greater Kansas City Basketball Coaches Association.
Thursday we’ll be at Shawnee Mission South as the individual awards are handed out, and the All-Star teams are announced for the game on Friday night.
And Friday, the games. Teams of Missouri and Kansas All-Stars, boys and girls, play an extended game, and it’s always an offensive blow-out. Jeff and I make obstructions of ourselves as we shoot the team pictures of all four teams before each game.
Always worth it to get to be around the special kids. We’ve seen some of the best players in our area go through these games, and we’re certainly looking forward to being there for this one.
So, if you’d like ONE more shot at staving off basketball fever until next November, come see the games at Shawnee Mission South on Friday night. Worth the trip!!
